The 3000 series product line has been designed to be the perfect product line for your Heavy Commercial requirements. Best suited for the large openings found in schools, churches, apartment buildings, gymnasiums and other large structures, a Heavy commercial rated product is often the standard building code in these types of buildings. The 3000 series line comes complete with the 3000 Double Hung, the 3500 Fixed Window,the 3600 Casement, the 3625 Awning, the 3635 Hopper, and the 3650 Picture Window all offering the elegant look and HEAVY commercial rated performance levels that you require.

The 3000 series product line offers a large assortment of installation accessories ranging from nailing fins to snap trims, front flanged frames, sub sills, interior and exterior mullions and much much more. Our accessories options makes any job easy to install.

3000 Double Hung 4" jamb depth

The 3000 double hung is a DHHC55 rated window. It is the perfect choice for all your Heavy Commercial rated requirements. Designed to provide years of maintenance free service the 3000 is our highest performing double hung system.

Regardless of its size, the 3000 double hung will operate effortlessly utilizes specially engineered spiral balances. These balances are individually chosen and adjusted for each window during the manufacturing process. This advanced technology allows the window to operate up and down with ease while having just the right amount of tension to permit the sashes to stay properly positioned. The upper sash of this system comes complete with an integral “pull rail” attached to the bottom of the upper sash providing you with an easy way to operate even the largest of windows. The 3000 double hung also features casted tilt latches complete with security locks. This unique function allows you to easily “tilt in” your new windows obtaining instant access to the exterior glass surfaces that need to be cleaned. This provides you with a safe and easy way to keep both the inside and outside of your windows clean.

Casement, Awning and Hopper Windows:

Casement, awning and hopper windows are unique not only in the way they look but in the way they operate, and perform. The casement, awning and Hopper windows typically allow more light and a larger viewing area then most other operating window styles. They are considered projection windows based on the fact that they are either cranked or pushed open or tilted in to provide their ventilating function.

All of our “Heavy commercial” casement, awning and hopper windows utilize a Double weather-stripping system that is designed to be water and airtight. We use Heavy-duty 4-bar hinges providing an “overlapping” sash seal that is guaranteed to provide unbeatable performance.

3600 Casement 2 ¼” jamb depth:

 The 3600 series casement window cannot be beat by any other one of our operating window system. Designed to be a PHC85 rated system the 3600 series is truly built for strength, durability and security.

Providing a sleek, clean, elegant look the 3600 casement window is packed with features and benefits that will provide you with Value, Beauty, Performance and maintenance free service for years to come.

Casement windows are hinged “right handed” or “left handed” and are designed to easily crank or push open to a 90 degree position providing you with unobstructed ventilation.

We utilize only the best TRUTH HARDWARE operator systems further assuring you products that offer ease of operation, durability, and longevity. We have incorporated the use of a special blend of Nickel and Bronze coating on all our locking handles allowing us to provide you with products that are guaranteed to last.

Now available with every 3600 casement is an optional “Multi point locking tie bar system” allowing you the ability to lock your window from top to bottom with one “easy to access” lever.

3625 Awning 2 ¼” jamb depth:

Made with the same components as the 3600 casement the 3625 awning windows therefore inherits many of its outstanding qualities.

The 3625 awning window has been designed to crank or push open from the bottom providing optimal ventilation opportunities. This unique style of window is the best choice for areas where you would like to ventilate your windows even when it’s raining out. The 3625 awning is perfect for placement over kitchen sinks, in bathrooms, in school buildings, and in apartment buildings. Designed to easily mate with our other window systems the 3625 allows you to create amazing multi-window configurations that are guaranteed to highlight any room.

3635 Hopper 2 ¼” jamb depth:

The 3635 Hopper window is designed to be hinged from the bottom end of the window. This allows the sash to tilt in from the top providing easy ventilation. Most often used in basements or over commercial door entrances the 3635 hopper provides the same great features and benefits that the rest of the 3000 series offers.

3650 picture window 2 1/4” jamb depth:

The 3650 Picture window is designed with the same 2 ¼” fame depth that the casement, awning, and hopper windows utilize. Providing a perfect complement to the rest of the series this sleek, clean, strong picture window had been tested and rated to be used in HEAVY COMMERCIAL applications while it’s narrow, slim lines suggests it can be used anywhere you want to enhance the beauty of a room.

The 3500 Fixed window is a F-HC70 rated product. The perfect compliment to the 3000 series, this picture window has been designed to enhance the rest of the series by providing beauty, strength, and durability.

One of the largest windows used in any building project, the 3500 Fixed window has been designed to be the strongest of all. The 3500 Fixed window has been chamber tested by a certified test lab to withstand over 200 MPH winds with “no damage” and “no water infiltration”. The 3500 Fixed window is surely built to last.
