It's TRIPLE weather stripping seal (try to find this anywhere else) and true interlocking meeting rail provide a window system that is air and water tight. The 1000 series Double hung windows will save you money, time and frustration dealing with your old sticky inefficient windows and is guaranteed to provide you with years of maintenance free service.

• Fusion welded corners in sash and jamb providing the strongest and most water tight corners possible.
• Spiral balance system providing effortless operation of both the upper and lower sashes.
• 7/8" insulated glass, STANDARD with double strength glass and warm edge spacer technology.
• Each window is custom made to fit any opening size.
• Available for remodeling or new construction.
• White and beige color options; also available in a stainable, paintable interior woodgrain finish and several exterior painted color options. 
• Sill is a one-piece true slope without attachments and add-on parts, This can only be done using a new revolutionary compound miter saw and notched welder. It provides the best drainage possible.
• Full or half screens options with fiberglas or aluminum cloth.
• Heavy .080 wall thickness, multi-chambered PVC extrusions for extra strength and more thermal efficiency.
